I want your wedding photographs to be different, to stand out and be all about you and your story. It’s Your day, Your personalities and an atmosphere You have created. For me it's all about the couple enjoying their day. It's the one day all your favorite people in the whole world are with you to celebrate and share your special day. Do you really want to spend it stood posing for photographs for hours? Why not be natural in the moment and enjoy yourselves with your favorite people.

Everything is flexible, everything relaxed. I believe the photography should add to the fun of the day not take it away. The best weddings for me are when the couples give me a brief of what they want and then leave me to it. Let me watch through my camera as your day unfolds and trust me to capture the moments that matter. After all, you only get one chance to do this right.

 

The best way to make sure we get your photographs just how you imagine is to talk. Tell me what you want – and don’t want – tell me how you want the photographs to make you feel. I can do traditional, I can do reportage, I always do romantic so we can mix it all up and create something perfect – just for you. If you are a big fan of reportage photos I also have a second shooter available to work alongside me. This works especially well with weddings inviting over 40 guests.

I’ve won awards, I’m very experienced and I love my job. From being a little girl I have always found photographs magical, they become more precious over time. Reading a book called 'The Memory Keeper' about a photographer, it struck me just what a true  responsibility and honor it is to be a photographer at such an important day in your lives. My job is to catch those fleeting moments for you to keep forever. To create images which will bring back the joy and happiness of your day surrounded by all the people you love the most. As a mother I know just how emotional and magical this day will be.

 

I have had the pleasure of photographing couples from all over the globe in chateaux, castles, manor  houses and garden marquees. I photograph weddings in the Dordogne South West region of France and North West UK. You are getting married further afield... ? excellent, let me know the details.

During the summer months I am lucky to be able to spend time in the Dordogne region of South West France. This means I am familiar with most of the venues and suppliers who work together creating amazing wedding day celebrations. I enjoy an excellent reputation with many of the venues and wedding planners in the region which helps the day to run smoothly.  I understand the light and how to make the most of the beautiful French golden hour. Knowledge and experience of the  venues is invaluable.

The reason being that as a photographer and being with the couple all day I would watch some amazing moments - bridesmaids having a laugh and a giggle, hilarious speeches, emotional first looks, funny stories being told etc and I always thought ah I wish I could capture this moment for them. Obviously I can't but if I could I would wip my phone out and film something I just didn't want them to miss! As a photographer I do capture some amazing emotions but actually watching these moments back I think is invaluable. I appreciate wedding videos can cost a lot of money so I came up with iWedfilm which is a really fun affordable option to make sure you get all those moments captured for you. It's so fun looking back on them! They also do some really fun wedding reels to share with everyone.
